Bad dreaming

Last night I dreamed my ex had decided to take revenge on me over the end of our relationship and for her grievances against me in general. First by contacting me on IM to belittle me, then by showing up at my home to harass. Eventually with the help of friends and family she was caught doing something actionable and police were called in to collect her, but until I had other people on my side I was feeling very scared, upset and helpless.
