Pingback from the Pappillon Institute. They're US based, and offer a price $3000 cheaper than Dr. Bowers. They are fairly new, so I'm a concerned about their skill. 

The only linchpin is that they go by the Body Mass Index (BMI) garbage that ruled out Thailand as an option. They did imply that they might consider an exception if I can prove it to them that I fall outside of the BTM bell-curve. 

Interestingly, unlike Bowers, they offer a loan plan. The loan would come through two other companies specializing in medical loans. I've asked for contact information to see about boot-strapping a solution with them irrespective of surgeon. I've also inquired about used credit cards as a last resort.

I still have yet to call a hair removal technician.
