Little Reminders To Myself

Your writing projects, school assignments, friends, partner(s) and health are the things that support you. Even if your time is spare, you need to give each what you can in order to sustain it.

In order to do this, you need to get enough sleep, take enough time away from the PC that your wrists do not hurt all the time, get enough exercise and water, do all your homework before the deadline and keep your blood sugar level. That's not enough, though--if you do not get enough tea, music, meditation, tasty food, naps in sunbeams and casual writing time, none of that will seem as significant.

Do not let the fact that this seems to require 37 hours a day to do stop you from trying. In fact, eliminate meta-analysis wherever possible. Any plans you make will break down on contact with reality anyway.
